2- REFUNDS
Due to the nature of the products sold by Show Band Charts, all sales are considered finale once the product has been downloaded at least once. We reserve the right to refuse to refund under normal circumstances. Refunds can be given in the case that the product does not conform to the standards laid out in this document, including but not limited to, corrupt files, problems with downloading, errors with product bundles, errors in the charts.
3- EXCHANGES
If a defect is found in a product we will, with no additional charges, endeavor to remedy the problem. If the problem persists, we will offer a full refund of the purchase price.
